Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, your marketing preference, and limited technical context such as browser user-agent and referring page. We also record when the submission was made.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the KORAIA waitlist, prevent duplicate registrations, send launch and product updates when you have agreed to receive them, and understand broadly how people find the website.
What we do not collect here
This website waitlist does not collect app health, fitness, nutrition, mood, sleep, hydration, task, or wellness data. KORAIA is a wellness and planning assistant, not a medical device.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist records are stored using Supabase infrastructure. Information may be processed in locations where Supabase and its infrastructure providers operate. Access is restricted to the server-side systems and people who need it to operate the waitlist.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with infrastructure providers where needed to operate the website and waitlist, or where required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist information while KORAIA is preparing to launch and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@koraia.app.
Your choices
You may opt out of launch and product emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us. We may update this notice as the product and website develop.
